Job summary

TeacherActive is recruiting a Nursery Practitioner in Crewe for flexible day-to-day and long-term placements. Immediate start. You will support children aged 0-5 following the EYFS framework, delivering engaging activities and ensuring a safe, nurturing environment.

Candidates should hold Level 2/3 in Early Years/Childcare, a valid Paediatric First Aid certificate, and experience in nurseries. Payscale £14.25–£18.00 per hour on a PAYE basis with company-provided onboarding support.

Qualifications

• Paediatric First Aid certificate.
• Experience supporting children aged 0-5 in a nursery or Early Years setting.
• Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage / EYFS.

Responsibilities

• Support children across the nursery following the EYFS framework.
• Deliver engaging activities and maintain a safe, positive environment.
• Be caring, reliable and work effectively as part of a team.
