Job summary

Vision for Education are seeking an Early Years Practitioner to work full time from October 2026, across the Nursery unit. You will support across all rooms, helping create a calm, nurturing space where children feel safe and ready to explore.

Experience in Early Years and a minimum Level 3 EY/Childcare qualification is essential, as is experience with SEND and teamwork. The role is based in Durham, with good public transport links and weekly pay via PAYE.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 3 Early Years/Childcare qualification.
• Experience working with primary school aged children.
• Experience working with pupils with SEND.
• An ability to work as part of a team.
