SEND Inclusion Support is seeking an experienced Nurture Teacher to support a young person in the Stretford area who requires a flexible, individualised approach to education. This role goes beyond delivering lessons, focusing on understanding barriers, building trust and creating positive learning experiences that move the learner forward.

You'll work on SEMH, anxiety, EBSA, autism or disengagement; you'll maintain a supportive relationship, adapt strategies, and progress toward the next

Qualifications

• Experience supporting SEMH and disengagement in education.
• Aptitude for building trust and establishing positive relationships.
• Ability to tailor learning to individual needs and backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nurture teaching in line with the young person’s plan.
• Identify barriers and adapt teaching approaches to engage the learner.
• Track progress and support progression toward the next educational step.
