Responsabilidades

• Act as class teacher for a small nurture group
• Provide a safe, secure educational setting based on nurture principles
• Teach pupils within the academy as necessary to their needs (including qualifications up to GCSE level)
• Baseline assess pupils in cooperation with the SENDCO to develop an individual learning plan and specialist Pupil Profile
• Help develop an ethos that can provide support and education for pupils to sustain them within education using unconditional positive regard
• Collaboratively address barriers to learning across the national curriculum with a focus on identified areas
• Provide relevant documentary evidence for all pupils
• Work with SEMH Learning Practitioners to facilitate education for pupils
• Attend relevant training
