Job summary

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS or equivalent).
• Experience working with children and young people with SEN.
• Strong differentiated teaching and inclusive practice.
• Ability to manage behaviour positively and effectively.
• Enhanced DBS on Update Service (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

Due to recent expansion and an increase in student numbers, this setting is looking to strengthen its teaching team with a passionate and experienced practitioner. The school supports pupils with a range of additional needs, including autism, communication difficulties, and complex learning needs, within a structured and supportive environment. With smaller class sizes and a strong focus on individualised learning, staff are able to provide tailored education that meets each pupil’s needs.
