You will be a Registered Nurse with an active NMC PIN, with a passion for mentoring and safeguarding residents, while upholding professional practice and effective communication within multi-disciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN.
• Ability to mentor and supervise junior staff.
• Strong communication and professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for a defined part of the home and run it in the absence of the Home Manager.
• Provide leadership to nursing teams to deliver high-quality care.
• Safeguard residents and maintain dignity and wellbeing at all times.
