Job summary

HC-One in Lewisham invites experienced nurses to join our Clinical Unit Manager team. You will lead a care home, deliver the highest standard of Kind Care, mentor colleagues and support student nurses to develop professionally.

You’ll ensure safeguarding, uphold person-centred practice and act as a role model for professional behaviour across the home. This role blends care delivery with leadership in a supportive, inclusive environment and provides rewarding career growth.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with a valid Pin number.
• Ability to mentor and supervise students.
• Strong communication and professional behaviours.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for a specific part of the home and deliver the best level of care.
• Run the home when the Home Manager and Deputy Home Manager are absent.
• Advocate and deliver a person-centred approach to care.
• Ensure safeguarding training and reporting as required.
