• Recruitment, retention, training, and development of staff.
• Building positive relationships with residents, families, commissioners, and healthcare professionals.
• Driving continuous quality improvement and clinical excellence.
• Previous experience as a Nursing Home Manager, Registered Manager, Home Manager, or Care Home Manager.
• Proven experience managing a nursing home environment.
• Strong knowledge of dementia care and elderly care services.
• Experience achieving and maintaining Good or Outstanding CQC ratings.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
• Strong understanding of care home regulations and compliance.
• Active NMC Pin (RGN or RMN).
• NVQ Level 5 Leadership for Health and Social Care.
• Experience managing larger nursing homes and dementia care services.
