Willing Care Ltd is seeking an experienced Nursing Home Manager to take ownership of a care home delivering residential, nursing, and dementia care for older adults in the UK. You will lead clinical, operational and financial performance, ensuring high-quality care and regulatory compliance.

The role requires strong leadership across nursing, care and support teams, with a focus on occupancy, governance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and governance experience within a care setting.
• Experience ensuring regulatory compliance and quality governance.
• Strong people management and financial oversight capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Take overall responsibility for the successful clinical, operational and financial performance of the nursing home
• Provide strong and consistent leadership across nursing, care and support teams
• Ensure the home remains compliant with CQC and wider regulatory requirements
• Lead preparation for CQC inspections and respond effectively to regulatory feedback
• Maintain robust systems around clinical governance, audits, safeguarding and risk management
• Monitor quality and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
• Oversee recruitment, staffing, retention and team performance
• Develop managers and senior colleagues to create a strong leadership structure within the home
• Manage budgets and resources effectively
• Maintain a clear focus on occupancy and the sustainable performance of the service
• Build strong relationships with residents, families and external professionals
• Ensure residents receive consistently safe, personalised and compassionate care
