Job summary

Exemplar Health Care is seeking a Home Manager for Tees Grange in Stockton-on-Tees. You will lead a nurse-led team and shape service delivery in a purpose-built home, driving continuous improvement and person-centred care.

The role offers autonomy with strong leadership responsibilities, managing quality, occupancy and relationships with commissioners. A nursing PIN and management experience in complex care are essential.

Qualifications

• NMC registration with valid PIN and active nursing registration.
• Minimum three years of management experience in a care setting.
• Experience in complex mental health and challenging behaviours is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Tees Grange with a nurse-led team to deliver person-centred care.
• Drive quality initiatives, governance and continuous improvement.
• Oversee recruitment, staff development and rostering.
• Manage referrals and occupancy to ensure sustainable service.
• Collect, analyse data and interpret results to support service performance.
• Build and maintain relationships with local commissioners and professionals.
