You will oversee clinical governance, budgets and staffing, support residents to live with dignity, choice and independence, and create a home where people feel they belong. The role requires strong leadership, a passion for dementia and complex care, and a commitment to compassionate, safe, and compliant care.

Competenze

• 2–3 years’ senior care/home management experience.
• Strong clinical & leadership skills.
• Experience with dementia & complex care.
• A passion for outstanding, person-centred care.
• Confidence managing people, performance & budgets.
