Job summary

Healthcare Management Trust operates Norden House near Littlehampton, delivering dementia and complex care with MAGIC practice. This home offers a vibrant community where residents live with purpose and joy, led by an experienced Registered Home Manager.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team, ensure person-centred care, maintain quality and regulatory standards, and build trusted relationships with residents, families and professionals, helping the home grow sustainably.

Qualifications

Significant leadership experience within care, health and/or social care services.
Experience managing regulated services and meeting CQC standards.
Strong knowledge of safeguarding legislation and practice.
Experience maintaining high quality and compliance standards.
Registered Nurse (RN) or Social Work qualification.
Leadership or management qualification or equivalent experience.
