Qualifications

• Nursing qualification is essential.
• Experience as Deputy Manager or Home Manager is required.
• Management qualification is desirable; support offered to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the care and nursing team to deliver excellent standards of care.
• Ensure the highest standards of resident care and wellbeing.
• Complete assessments for prospective residents.
• Liaise with healthcare professionals and external agencies.
• Support the promotion and reputation of the home.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day running of the service.
• Promote company policies, procedures and compliance across the home.
