Are you an experienced and compassionate leader looking to make a real difference? We’re seeking a dedicated Home Manager to lead our nursing care home and ensure the highest standards of care and wellbeing for our residents.

What You'll Do:

1. Oversee day-to-day operations of the care home
2. Lead and support a team of care professionals
3. Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and health & safety standards
4. Develop person-centered care plans and ensure top-quality care
5. Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external agencies

What We’re Looking For:

1. Proven experience in a management role within a care setting
2. NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care or higher
3. Strong leadership and communication skills
4. Deep understanding of safeguarding, quality assurance, and compliance
5. Passionate about delivering exceptional care
6. Comfortable using digital platforms for care documentation
