About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and proactive Nursing Home Deputy Manager to support the Home Manager in delivering the highest standards of care and compliance. While a Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) qualification is preferred, we welcome applications from experienced non-nurse Deputy Managers with strong leadership and residential care backgrounds.
