The Wellington at Southport, a Sonida Senior Living community, is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate care in an Assisted Living and Memory Care setting.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily activities, monitoring nutrition, medication reminders, and reporting changes to supervisors. Must hold current CNA licensure and meet state requirements, with a strong focus on resident dignity and safety.

Qualifikationen

• High school graduate or GED preferred.
• Must be licensed in the state as a CNA and maintain current, active, and unencumbered licensure.

• Performs duties in accordance with accepted standards of resident care. Assists with dressing, grooming, bathing, and escorts and transfers.
• Assists residents with nutritional needs: setting dining tables, serving meals, ensuring fluids, substitutions when appropriate.
• Reminding residents to take medication and handling containers. Opening containers and packages for residents.
• Recognizes changes in residents' behavior and conditions and reports them to the Assisted Living Director.
