Zusammenfassung

East Coast Community Healthcare CIC (ECCH) is seeking a Nursing Associate to provide high quality nursing care under supervision, contributing to assessment, care provision, and monitoring for patients in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.

You will support compassionate, safe care, perform routine nursing duties including venepuncture and ECG, and maintain accurate records while promoting patient wellbeing within the Trust’s policies and NMC standards.

Qualifikationen

• Provide and deliver high standard of nursing care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to assess and plan care.
• Monitor patient health needs and escalate to nurse when required.
• Support physical, mental and wellbeing of patients.
• Maintain accurate patient records per policy and NMC Code.
• Engage with community and other agencies for safe admissions and discharges.

• Administer routine nursing procedures and monitor outcomes.
• Record vital signs, wounds, nutrition and hydration as required.
• Participate in medicines management and adhere to safety standards.
• Support learners and supervise trainees where appropriate.
• Contribute to learning environment and continuing professional development.
• Uphold professional standards and attend ward/unit meetings.
