Job summary

Spectrum Community Health CIC is seeking a Registered Nurse (Band 4) to support patients within our primary care team, including services at HMP Northumberland. You will undertake health assessments, ECGs, phlebotomy, and injections while working under the leadership of registered nurses and maintaining your NMC registration.

You will contribute to planning care for people with complex needs, promote well-being, and ensure a safe, high-quality, accessible service for our patient population.

Qualifications

• NMC registered as a Nurse, Band 4 level.
• Completed Nursing Associate training.
• Ability to perform ECGs, phlebotomy and injections while following guidelines.
• Maintain infection control standards and collaborate with the care team.

Responsibilities

• Provide continuing care to patients across the practice population.
• Perform ECGs, phlebotomy and urinalysis.
• Assess and plan delegated care; monitor chronic conditions.
• Administer injections where appropriate within regulatory guidelines.
• Escalate interventions when necessary and refer for reassessment.
• Maintain infection control and effective communication with the primary health care team.
