Winchester Hospital, a member of Beth Israel Lahey Health, is looking for compassionate Nursing Assistants to join our clinical teams. We offer full-time, part-time, and per diem opportunities where you can gain direct patient experience while working alongside our dedicated nursing staff.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or G.E.D.
• Must have or be one of the following:
• Certified Nursing Assistant
• Nursing student with completion of one medical-surgical clinical rotation
• Three months clinical care experience
• Graduate of Winchester Hospital’s Nursing Assistant Program

If you do not meet these qualifications, we also offer a paid nursing assistant training program that might be suitable for you.
