Just Imagine Day Nursery - Vange is seeking a Nursery Third in Charge / Deputy Manager (6 months) to join our friendly team in Basildon. This full-time role offers flexible options and a strong benefits package including a childcare discount.

The Role

As a Nursery Thirdin Charge, you’ll help children learn, play, and grow in a safe,engaging environment. You will:

• Support thenursery leadership team by leading through positive rolemodelling and maintaining high standards.
• Guide anddevelop staff through coaching, supervision and teamcollaboration.
• Build strongpartnerships with parents and carers through effectivecommunication and support.
• Help maintainstaffing, ratios and the smooth day-to-day running of thenursery.
