Job summary

Family First Nursery Group is hiring a Nursery Third in Charge for a modern setting. You will lead the nursery team, support the leadership, coach staff, and build strong partnerships with parents while ensuring high standards of care.

We offer flexible hours, full-time 40 hours, weekend options, and a competitive salary of £31,200 p.a. with 33 days holiday, DBS paid, pension and on-site parking. You’ll work in a supportive, inclusive environment where development and wellbeing are valued.

Qualifications

• Essential: Level 3 childcare qualification.
• Confident written and spoken English.
• Desirable: Experience in an Early Years setting.
• Knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding best practices.

Responsibilities

• Support the nursery leadership team by leading through positive role modelling and maintaining high standards.
• Guide and develop staff through coaching, supervision and team collaboration.
• Build strong partnerships with parents and carers through effective communication and support.
• Help maintain staffing, ratios and the smooth day-to-day running of the nursery.

The Role

As a Nursery Thirdin Charge, you’ll help children learn, play, and grow in a safe,engaging environment. You will:
