Job summary

Grandir UK’s Kiddi Caru Day Nursery in Abington Park is seeking a caring Team Leader to support and inspire our children. You will split your week between in-room care and office-based duties, helping deliver high quality early years education within EYFS guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Create an environment that supports the individual needs of all children.
• Maintain systems to monitor, evaluate and improve the quality of childcare practices.
• Maintain effective communication with children, staff, parents, and carers.
• Maintain open and positive working relationships with staff.
• Ensure that practices meet the EYFS requirements.
• Assist in agreeing and reviewing individual targets with staff.
• Assume playroom and additional management responsibilities when required.
• Keep costs in line with the agreed budgets.
