Job summary

Kiddi Caru Day Nursery in Abington Park, part of Grandir UK, is looking for a caring and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner to join our team. You will play a key role in caring for, supporting and inspiring our children, encouraging curiosity and helping them thrive every day.

Responsibilities

• Promote high standards of quality within the nursery
• Support and supervise playroom staff with day-to-day duties
• Deploy staff to ensure standards are delivered across rooms
• Ensure nursery keycarer procedures are implemented and staff allocated appropriately
• Ensure EYFS requirements are met in planning and delivery
• Provide feedback to parents about their child
• Promote the nursery to current parents and potential customers
• Develop positive working relationships with colleagues and parents
