Kiddi Caru Day Nursery in Abington Park, part of Grandir UK, is seeking a caring and enthusiastic Team Leader. The role involves leading in the nursery and office settings, supporting and inspiring children while ensuring high standards of care and compliance with EYFS.

The successful candidate will split time between direct room support and office-based duties, with a strong focus on staff development and effective communication with families.

Our Kiddi Caru Day Nursery in Abington Park, is looking for a caring and enthusiastic Team Leader to join our team. You will play a key role in caring for, supporting and inspiring our children, encouraging curiosity and helping them thrive every day.

The successful candidate will spend half of their week in the room supporting and half of the week office based

Our beautifully renovated townhouse welcomes families with a bright, inviting staircase leading to the heart of the nursery. Spread across two floors, our nursery features six bright, calm rooms and spacious gardens, creating the perfect indoor and outdoor environment for your child to grow and flourish every day.

What will you be doing
