Job summary

Trerobart Primary School is seeking a Teaching Assistant (Level 2) to support pupils in Nursery and other areas as required. The role is term-time only, 27.5 hours per week, with a Grade 4 salary pro-rata.

The candidate will work under the class teacher to deliver differentiated activities, support pupils with varied needs, and help maintain a caring, inclusive learning environment across the school.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate caring, nurturing approach and commitment to wellbeing.
• Good literacy, numeracy and digital skills.
• Experience of working in a primary school setting.
• Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils with a range of abilities and additional learning needs.
• Deliver differentiated activities planned by the class teacher.
• Work with individuals and small groups, across Nursery and other areas as required.
• Term-time only, five days per week.
