Job summary

Aspire People Limited is seeking an Early Years Practitioner to join a primary school's Nursery in Wednesbury. You will provide individualized support to nursery children and help plan and deliver tailored activities.

You will support the student's academic, social and emotional development, build a nurturing learning environment, and communicate effectively with staff and parents. Flexibility, empathy and patience are essential.

Qualifications

• Level 2/3 TA qualification or equivalent.
• Experience working with nursery-aged children.
• Ability to adapt teaching strategies to individual needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized support to all nursery students.
• Collaborate with the classroom teacher to plan tailored activities.
• Support academic, social and emotional development and independence.
• Create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
• Adapt resources to suit each child's learning style and needs.
• Assist with progress assessments and feedback to teachers and parents.
• Foster positive relationships with students, staff and families.
