We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and proactive Nursery Teaching Assistant to join our nurturing early years team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a warm, supportive setting where children's wellbeing and learning come first. Starting May 2025.

Duties of Nursery Teaching Assistant:

1. Support the class teacher in delivering engaging early years activities.
2. Help create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all children.
3. Assist with personal care and daily routines, including mealtimes and toileting.
4. Encourage children's social, emotional, and language development through play.
5. Observe and record children's progress in line with the EYFS framework.
6. Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.

Ideal Nursery Teaching Assistant:

• Relevant Level 2 or 3 childcare qualification (e.g., CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent).
• Experience working with children aged 2–5 (desirable).
• A nurturing, patient, and enthusiastic approach.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• A current enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
