Job summary

GSL Education is looking for a Level 2/3 Early Years Practitioner for a busy nursery in Fallowfield, Manchester. The role involves delivering age-appropriate learning experiences under EYFS and ensuring a warm, safe environment for children aged 0-5.

You will plan play-based activities, act as Key Person, monitor development, and maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness while communicating effectively with parents and carers.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years / Childcare qualification.
• Clear understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Enhanced DBS check.
• Paediatric First Aid certificate (preferred).

• Act as a Key Person to a group of children, tracking their development and milestones.

Job description

Location: Fallowfield, Manchester (M14)

Position: Level 2 / Level 3 Early Years Practitioner

Hours: Full-Time, 40 hours per week (Shift Rotations between 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM)

Salary: £14.25 - £16.83 per hour (Depending on experience and qualification)
