Job summary

Monarch Education is recruiting a Nursery Teacher for a full-time role in Sutton Coldfield, starting September 2026 and running until the end of the academic year. The school is seeking an experienced Early Years specialist and will not consider ECTs; CVs are requested as soon as possible.

You will deliver engaging EYFS lessons, plan, assess, and collaborate with staff, while maintaining a nurturing classroom and tracking pupil progress.

Qualifications

• Must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Proven experience teaching in Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons in line with EYFS curriculum.
• Take full responsibility for planning, assessment, and classroom management.
• Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
• Monitor and track pupil progress, contributing to reports and parent meetings.
• Work collaboratively with support staff and senior leaders.
• Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing.

Are you an experienced Early Years Teacher looking for a new opportunity after the half term break? We are currently working with a welcoming Primary School in Sutton Coldfield to recruit a Nursery Teacher for a full-time role starting in September 2026 and continuing until the end of the academic year.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team and lead a vibrant nursery class. Please note: the school are not accepting ECTs for this position and require CVs as soon as possible.
