Job summary

Aspire People Limited is recruiting a nursery specialist to start in September/October at a primary school in Four Oaks. The role requires an Early Years qualification or at least 1 year of nursery or primary school experience.

You will need: CACHE/NVQ/NNEB or a degree relating to working with children, plus excellent communication and teamwork skills, a flexible and positive approach, and a commitment to safeguarding.

Qualifications

• Relevant teaching assistant qualification (CACHE/ NVQ/ NNEB/ degree relating to working with children/young people).
• Relevant experience of working with Early Years pupils.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork in a school setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills, integrity and commitment to school development.
• Flexible and positive approach to challenge and change.

Responsibilities

• Support teaching staff and other assistants to share workload in the classroom.
• Assist with Early Years activities and routines to foster learning.
• Engage with pupils, parents, and colleagues to promote safeguarding and welfare.
