Aspire People Limited is seeking enthusiastic nursery teaching assistants to work in Rugby, Warwickshire. You will join schools that require Early Years qualified staff or with at least one year of nursery or primary experience.

You should hold a relevant qualification (CACHE/NVQ/NNEB or a degree related to working with children). Benefits include a £100 joining bonus and a dedicated consultant to support you throughout placements in the Coventry and Warwickshire area.

Qualifications

• Qualified nursery staff with Early Years qualification or at least 1 year nursery or primary school experience
• Relevant teaching assistant qualification (CACHE/NVQ/NNEB/degree relating to working with children/young people)
• Experience working with SEN is desirable, but not essential
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to working as part of a team with teachers and other staff in the school

Responsabilités

• Support teaching staff in nurseries in Rugby
• Assist with Early Years activities and pupil supervision
• Help maintain a positive and engaging classroom environment
• Attend to safeguarding and welfare requirements as needed
