Job summary

Partou Tippy Toes Day Nursery & Pre-school in Yate, Bristol, is seeking a Nursery Senior Deputy Manager for a full-time, 40-hour week to support the Nursery Manager and oversee daily operations.

You will lead a team, ensure engaging EYFS learning, maintain a safe, inclusive environment, and build strong partnerships with families. The role offers £33,030 salary plus a £1,000 welcome bonus and access to Partou Academy and benefits.

About The Role

Partou Tippy Toes Day Nursery & Pre-school is seeking a dedicated and passionate nursery practitioner to take on the full-time 40 hours per week role of Nursery Senior Deputy Manager to help support their Nursery Manager in the smooth running of the setting. You will work towards ensuring children engage in stimulating activities that support their learning and development in line with the EYFS. You will lead and inspire your team, maintain a safe and inclusive environment, and build strong partnerships with childcare colleagues and families.
