Job summary

Partou Radcliffe Road Day Nursery & Pre-school in Nottingham is seeking a dedicated Nursery Senior Deputy Manager to support the Nursery Manager, overseeing a full-time 40-hour week and driving high-quality EYFS learning and care.

You will lead your team, foster a safe, inclusive environment, and build strong partnerships with families while ensuring engaging activities that support each child's learning and development.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification.
• Strong EYFS knowledge.
• Proven experience leading a team in an early years setting.
• Passion for early years education.

Responsibilities

Salary £32,198 + £5,000 Welcome Bonus

About The Role

Radcliffe Road Day Nursery & Pre-school is seeking a dedicated and passionate nursery practitioner to take on the full-time 40 hours per week role of Nursery Senior Deputy Manager to help support their Nursery Manager in the smooth running of the setting. You will work towards ensuring children engage in stimulating activities that support their learning and development in line with the EYFS. You will lead and inspire your team, maintain a safe and inclusive environment, and build strong partnerships with childcare colleagues and families.
