Job summary

Partou Little Acorns Day Nursery & Pre-school in Atherton, Greater Manchester is seeking a dedicated Nursery Senior Deputy Manager to support the Nursery Manager in the smooth running of the setting. This full-time role (40 hours) focuses on safeguarding, stimulating learning, and leading your team to deliver high-quality early years provision.

You will work within the Partou group to develop strong partnerships with families and colleagues, with access to Partou Academy training and generous

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification.
• Strong EYFS knowledge.
• Proven experience leading a team in an early years setting.
• Passion for early years education.
• Confidence in supporting children’s learning and development.
• Commitment to safeguarding and continuous professional development.

About the Role

Partou Little Acorns Day Nursery & Pre-school is seeking a dedicated and passionate nursery practitioner to take on the full-time 40 hours per week role of Nursery Senior Deputy Managerto help support their Nursery Manager in the smooth running of the setting.You will work towardsensuring children engage in stimulating activities that support their learning and development in line with the EYFS. You willlead and inspire your team, maintain asafe and inclusive environment, and build strong partnerships with childcare colleagues and families.
