Job summary

Todds Nursery Limited in Bedfordshire is seeking a commercially minded Nursery Sales Executive to grow long-term relationships with commercial and retail customers in the landscaping and horticultural sectors.

You will manage inquiries from first contact to sale, prepare quotations, and identify new business opportunities while working closely with nursery operations to ensure stock is prepared and delivered to the highest standards. Occasional site visits are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, account management or business development.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and customer focus.
• Ability to build long-term customer relationships.
• Willingness to travel to site visits.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop relationships with commercial and retail customers.
• Manage enquiries from first contact through to completed sale.
• Prepare quotations and follow up opportunities to maximise sales.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Support customers with information and advice on trees, planting and aftercare.
• Coordinate with nursery operations to ensure stock is prepared and delivered to high standards.
• Maintain accurate sales records and follow governance procedures.
• Represent Todds Nursery with professionalism and integrity.
