- Proven experience in a Commercial Manager role within the landscaping sector.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
- Sound knowledge of Health and Safety.
- Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and improve profitability.
- Experience managing contracts and complex agreements.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sale strategies aligned with company goals.
- Lead contract negotiations with existing clients, suppliers, and partners.
- Manage pricing strategies, cost controls, ensuring margin optimisation.
- Identify and pursue new revenue streams and business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
