Job Opening: Nursery Room Manager at Busy Bees

Join the Busy Bees family at our charming Stevenage Great Ashby location! We're seeking a dynamic Room Manager to be a part of our dedicated team.

Position Details:

• Salary of up to £26,000 per annum (£12.50 per hour).
• Open to full-time, part-time, or 4-day working week applicants.

Role Responsibilities:

• Ensure each child's needs are met, supporting parents with SEND/ASL needs.
• Manage observations, assessments, and planning for your key children in line with EYFS standards.
• Encourage and celebrate children's development and achievements.

Minimum Requirements:

Hold a Level 3 Childcare qualification and have previous experience in roles such as Early Years Educator, Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Assistant, or Nursery Nurse.
