Job summary

A leading childcare provider in the UK is seeking an experienced Nursery Room Manager for their Beckenham location. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role and a Level 3 qualification in Early Years childcare. You'll manage daily operations and ensure the highest standards of care for children. The position offers a competitive salary up to £33,000 per annum and numerous employee benefits including a welcome bonus and childcare discounts.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a Nursery Room Leader role or equivalent.
• Level 3 qualification in Early Years childcare is mandatory.
• Excellent knowledge of the EYFS & Statutory framework.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations in the nursery room.
• Ensure effective communication with staff and parents.
• Promote a safe and nurturing environment for children.

Skills

We are currently for a skilled and experienced Nursery Room Manager to be based in our Beckenham Road Nursery. The nursery offers state-of-the-art facilities, combining bright and spacious indoor rooms along with fabulous outdoor areas.

You can earn up to £33,000 per annum working Full time (40 hours per week) – 4 days a week.

To be considered for the Nursery Room Manager role you must have:

• At least 1 years’ experience in a Nursery Room Leader role or equivalent
• Level 3 or above qualification in Early Years childcare
• Excellent knowledge & understanding of the EYFS & Statutory framework
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Ability to use your own initiative
• Your passion to be shown in your day-to-day interaction with children
