Kido Windsor is seeking a Nursery Room Leader with QTS to join our team at Windsor, SL4 3DX. This full-time role offers £34,000–£35,000, based on experience, for a 40-hour week. You will lead a dedicated nursery team and help deliver an outstanding early years program.

Qualifications

• For Nursery Room Leader, Level 3 childcare qualification is essential and prior management experience in Early Years is required.
• Level 2 Maths and English qualifications (functional skills) are required if you obtained a Level 3 after 2014.

Responsabilités

• Lead your team and ensure smooth day-to-day activities, communicating with staff and parents.
• Be a positive role model to inspire outstanding teaching and learning every day.
• Lead performance reviews, provide feedback, set SMART goals, and support growth.
• Collaborate with the Designated Safeguarding Lead to protect children's welfare.
• Drive an ambitious curriculum and ensure focus on outstanding education delivery.
• Embed the key person and buddy key person approach in your room.
• Encourage continued professional development for you and your team.
