Kido Windsor is seeking a Nursery Manager to lead and shape our vibrant nursery culture at Windsor. The role focuses on safeguarding, curriculum quality, and high standards of care and education, with a salary between £38,000 and £49,000 per year and a discretionary bonus scheme.

You will manage recruitment, staff development, governance, and partnerships with parents while ensuring regulatory compliance and safe, supportive learning environments for children.

Qualifications

• Relevant childcare qualification, Level 3 minimum.
• Experience managing a large nursery.
• Level 2 Maths and English (functional skills) if Level 3 obtained after 2014.

Responsabilités

• Provide overall leadership and strategic management of the nursery.
• Lead, motivate and develop the nursery team through recruitment, supervision and coaching.
• Act as Designated Safeguarding Lead and uphold safeguarding practices.
• Ensure compliance with EYFS, Ofsted, health & safety and employment law.
• Oversee health and safety, risk assessments, and COSHH compliance.
• Build partnerships with parents and external agencies for children's needs.
• Drive teaching quality via curriculum implementation and quality improvements.
• Manage occupancy, budgets and growth strategies for retention.
• Oversee staffing, resources and operational planning for ratios and deployment.
• Promote equality, diversity, inclusion and continuous improvement.
• Represent the setting with regulatory bodies and the local community.
