Kido is seeking a Nursery Room Leader in the Blackwater area to drive day-to-day activities and nurture a caring learning environment for young children. You will act as a values ambassador and lead a dedicated team to deliver outstanding early years experiences.
You will mentor staff, conduct performance reviews, and work closely with the Designated Safeguarding Lead to ensure safeguarding and high-quality teaching. A Level 3 childcare qualification and leadership experience are essential.

Kido are looking for a Nursery Room Leader to join the team at Blackwater - Hawley Green, Blackwater, GU17 9BS. The Room Leader role offers a salary range of £28,000 to £33,000, and is a full time, 40 hours per week position. For the Room Leader role, it is essential that you hold a relevant childcare qualification, Level 3 minimum and have experience working within management in Early Years. Level 2 qualifications in Maths and English including functional skills are also a must if you obtained a Level 3 qualification after 2014.
