Busy Bees Oxford Rockwell is seeking a Room Leader to oversee multiple rooms, inspiring the team to integrate the Bee Curious curriculum across the centre. You will lead planning, mentor staff, and ensure high standards of care and learning for children in a Good‑rated setting.

The role requires Level 3 early years education and prior supervisory experience, with strong leadership and communication skills to foster positive relationships with families and ensure child wellbeing.

Competenze

• Level 3 qualification or above in early years education.
• supervisory experience in Nursery roles advantageous.
