Job summary

Busy Bees Dudley is recruiting a Room Leader to oversee multiple rooms, lead educational activities, and ensure high standards of care and learning. You will inspire your team to deliver Busy Bees’ Bee Curious curriculum while developing strong relationships with families and stakeholders.

This role requires leadership, strong organisational skills, and a commitment to safeguarding and wellbeing, with accountability for planning, wellbeing, and progress tracking.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in early years education.
• Supervisory experience as Nursery Room Leader/Manager preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication with families.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of age-appropriate activities and curriculum in your room.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment for children.
• Foster a high-performing team through supportive leadership and collaboration.
• Oversee the development and wellbeing of children, ensuring progress is communicated with parents.
• Take on the role of Key Person, ensuring holistic development and personal care needs of a group of children.
• Ensure health and safety standards are met, maintaining a clean and secure environment.
