Job description

Early Start Nurseries are looking to recruit a full time Nursery Room Leader with experience of working with children aged 6 months to 5 years.

As a Room Leader you must hold a L3 qualification in childcare and early years or above as well as have experience of working with babies and or toddlers and pre-school children for your application to be consider for shortlisting.

The core duties of a Nursery Room Leader include:

• Deliver daily routines of care and activities that benefit our children
• Ensure accurate records are kept
• Observe, assess and plan in line with EYFS
• Understand and implement the curriculum, learning intentions and assess impact
• Support your team to do the same and be effective key workers
• Build strong relationships with parents
• Safeguard and promote the health, safety and welfare of children.
