Busy Bees Stotfold is seeking a Nursery Room Leader to oversee multiple rooms and integrate educational strategies across the centre. This leadership role will inspire your team to achieve high standards of care and learning.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in early years education is required.
• Experience in an early years setting with supervisory experience is preferred.
• Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of age-appropriate activities and curriculum in your room.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment for children.
• Foster a high-performing team through supportive leadership and collaboration.
• Oversee the development and wellbeing of children, ensuring progress is tracked and communicated with parents.
• Take on the role of Key Person, ensuring holistic development and personal care for a group of children.
• Ensure health and safety standards are met, maintaining a clean and secure environment.
