Job summary

Partou Brimstage Village Day Nursery & Pre-school is hiring a Nursery Room Leader to oversee a busy room in Brimstage, Wirral. This full-time role (40 hours/week) offers a £29,432 salary plus a £1,000 welcome bonus and the chance to lead a friendly team in a supportive early years setting.

You’ll hold a minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification and use strong EYFS knowledge to drive excellent outcomes for children, while building strong partnerships with families and colleagues.

About The Role

Partou Brimstage Village Day Nursery & Pre-school is seeking a minimum Level 3 Early Years qualified nursery practitioner to take on the full-time 40 hours per week role of Nursery Room Leader, overseeing the daily running of a room and ensuring children engage in stimulating activities that support their learning and development in line with the EYFS. You will lead and inspire your team, maintain a safe and inclusive environment, and build strong partnerships with childcare colleagues and families.
