Kids Planet Day Nurseries Ltd. Heswall is seeking a passionate Room Leader to oversee a nursery room and deliver high-quality early years education. This fixed-term maternity cover role invites you to lead a dedicated team, support children’s development, and uphold safeguarding standards.

You’ll work within a caring, family-run setting that values wellbeing, training, and positive relationships with families. A Level 3 qualification, EYFS knowledge, and safeguarding experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least Level 3 qualified in a UK recognised early years qualification.
• Excellent understanding of EYFS.
• Extensive knowledge of safeguarding children.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a room within the nursery, ensuring high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS.
• Support and guide the team, fostering a positive, collaborative environment and promoting professional development.
• Build strong relationships with children and families, ensuring each child’s individual needs are met and their learning is supported.

How you’ll make a difference as a Room Leader:
