This large and very busy nursery in Walton on Thames, with great transport links, is looking for an experienced Room Leader to step up as Third in Charge, working with the management team in the day-to-day running of the nursery. The role is 40 hours per week, with a salary of approximately £32k and excellent benefits.

Requirements
  • Minimum Level 3 Qualification or equivalent in Early Years / Childcare
  • At least 2 years' experience working in a nursery

  • Ability to inspire, energise, and support others
  • Genuine passion for working with children and supporting their learning
  • Sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations
  • Knowledge of Ofsted standards and requirements
