Job summary

Henley Day Nursery in Henley-on-Thames is seeking a Nursery Baby Room Leader to join our team as we expand from term-time to full-year provision, caring for babies through to pre-school. The role is primarily based in the baby room, with flexibility to work across the nursery.

You will ideally hold a Level 3 in Early Years Education and have experience planning inspiring activities and delivering high-quality teaching within the EYFS, contributing to a happy, fulfilling environment.

Qualifications

• Level 3 in Early Years Education is required.
• Experience planning activities for babies and pre-schoolers.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality teaching within the EYFS.

Responsibilities

• Lead in the baby room and support across the nursery as needed.
• Plan and deliver engaging activities for babies to pre-schoolers.
• Maintain safeguarding and high standards of care and learning.
