Job summary

Kids Planet Basford is seeking a Room Leader to lead a room within our nursery, delivering high-quality care and education in line with EYFS standards.

You will support and develop the team, build strong relationships with children and families, and ensure each child’s individual needs are met, with a focus on safeguarding.

Qualifications

• Must have Level 3 UK recognised early years qualification.
• Excellent understanding of EYFS.
• Extensive knowledge of safeguarding children.

• Lead and manage a room within the nursery, ensuring high-quality care and education in line with EYFS.
• Support and guide the team, fostering a positive, collaborative environment and promoting professional development.

How you’ll make a difference as a Room Leader:

What a Room Leader needs:

Must be at least Level 3 qualified in a UK recognised early years qualification.
